We are now
offering Adult Swim lessons. This class is
to help adults become swimmers or better
swimmers. We will work with Adults who are
beginning swimmers all the way to stroke
enhancement and endurance.

Yogilates
A great class
for people of all levels! Learn proper form
and essential exercises from both Pilates
and hatha yoga to add flexibility and core
strength through mat work, standing poses
and floor work. Yogilates classes start with
awareness and release of unnecessary
tension, and then teach you to connect deep
breathing with your center. This class
offers relaxation in addition to a fairly
new developed way of earning a healthy body.

High Impact
Step Aerobics
This aerobic
workout will provide a high impact activity
that is both challenging and interesting.
Join the class for great fun. This class

Low Impact
Step Aerobics
If you're a
person who loves to take step aerobics for
all the fun, music, and the quick results
but it's a little too challenging then the
Low Impact Step Class is for you. This class
is perfect for beginners to learn all the
basic moves and get a great workout. |

High Impact
Floor Aerobics
Come join us
for a high impact floor aerobics class that
is easily adapted to low impact through the
cueing of the instructor. This class has all
the basic moves plus a few new ones to keep
you on your toes, all to the latest music. |

Advanced Water
Aerobics Looking
for a fun, friendly way to exercise without
impact on the joint? This class is great for
those who prefer a high intensity
cardiovascular and muscular conditioning
workout. no swimming skills are needed for
class. This class consists of both shallow
and deep-water exercise (floatation belts
are used for the deep water). Class is
finished with 5 to 8 minutes of abdominal
burning workout. |

Beginner Water
Aerobics Low
impact water aerobics is designed to burn
calories, while improving your endurance. A
stimulating warm-up will start this program
to ensure an effective workout, followed by
twenty minutes of exhilarating low impact
aerobics, and finished with a soothing cool
down that will leave you feeling great. No
swimming skills are needed but there are
shallow and deep-water exercises (floatation
belts are used for the deep water). |
