Low Impact Ball
Aerobics Ball aerobics is a great
way to get in shape! This class consists of
using an exercise ball or “Swiss Ball” and
lightweights that are used to do a variety
of different exercises. Some of the benefits
to doing ball exercises are development of
core muscles, muscle toning, flexibility and
balance. Individuals have the flexibility to
work at their own pace and gradually
increase weights and exercises. This low
impact fitness class can also meet the
fitness needs of individuals of all ages.

Low Impact Step Aerobics
If you're a person who loves to take step
aerobics for all the fun, music, and the
quick results but it's a little too
challenging then the Low Impact Step Class
is for you. This class is perfect for
beginners to learn all the basic moves and
get a great workout.

Impact Step Aerobics
This class is for individuals who enjoy step
aerobics but are ready for a more
challenging cardio workout and with a bit
more bounce. The class is set to a faster
beat than basic step class that allows for a
more intense workout and for burning more
calories. The call will have the same steps
used in basic step as well as more advanced
combinations.

Cardio
Kickboxing
Are you bored with your
routine exercises and wish to increase
your strength and flexibility along with
burning fat, then cardio kickboxing is
for you. This class is a ‘perfect blend
of traditional aerobics, martial arts
and boxing’. This class is a great
cardio workout where students will gain
strength in their upper body and full
body tone. The techniques used are
punches, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, front
kicks, back kicks, side kicks, as well
as many other kickboxing moves. Students
also develop a boost in confidence,
power, strength and become more
energized after each class and can be
considered as a great stress reliever.

Yoga
This class helps individuals to
enhance their health, happiness and
peace of mind by balancing their mind
and body. Individuals will learn how to
release tension from their bodies due to
the stressful demands of everyday life
and help to restore a peaceful balance
to their body and to life. Yoga
techniques allow for the release of
strain and fatigue from the body, helps
to clear the mind, restore energy to the
body, and improves balance. Other
positive benefits yoga can offer is
improved sleep, increased concentration,
and higher levels of alertness.

Glutes & Abs
“Slim Your Waist and Flatten Your
Tummy!”
This class will work your
glutes (bottom) and abdominal (stomach)
muscles through a structured workout
routine. The class will target the
specific areas of your abs, glutes and
thighs and help you tone and tighten
those areas. Is it time for the belly to
be gone or to have a smaller waistline?
Then this class is for you.

Total Body Toning
This class is a whole body
workout. With the use of light weights
and a variety of exercises the total
body will receive attention. The class
will work the upper body and lower body
in an alternating sequence and then a
complete workout of all core muscles as
well as working the glutes and abs with
finish the call. This class is designed
for total body toning and is a great
weight loss program as well. This course
will be continued and ongoing to allow
goal setting with achievement in a
progressive manner with each program
session.

Sister Strive
This class focuses on
complete body toning through the use of
the Strive Equipment, located in the
Kidz Smart/Family Fitness Center. This
is a group workout program where you
will have the support of the instructors
and the whole group to achieve the
physical results that you personally “Strive
to Achieve”. This program is a
circuit training and body shaping class,
where you will be charting your results
throughout the 4-weeks. You will
be setting personal goals and working to
“Strive to Achieve” them.
