Water Aerobics
Low impact water aerobics is designed to
burn calories, while improving your
endurance. A stimulating warm-up will start
this program to ensure an effective workout,
followed by twenty minutes of exhilarating
low impact aerobics, and finished with a
soothing cool down that will leave you
feeling great. No swimming skills are needed
but there are shallow and deep-water
exercises (floatation belts are used for the
deep water). |
High Impact
Water Aerobics
Looking for a fun, friendly way
to exercise without impact on the joint?
This class is great for those who prefer a
high intensity cardiovascular and muscular
conditioning workout. no swimming skills are
needed for class. This class consists of
both shallow and deep-water exercise
(floatation belts are used for the deep
water). Class is finished with 5 to 8
minutes of abdominal burning workout.
