Steve Clever
Chief Executive Offficer
Steve brought a background in social work and his passion for community to the YMCA of Ross County in 2014, serving as the Chief Executive Officer. Starting in April 2024, Steve has also led the Pike County YMCA through the collaboration between regional YMCA's.
After earning a masters degree in Social Work from Ohio University in 2004, Steve spent 6 years providing education and clinical care to foster and adoptive children through Sojourners. During the following 4 years, Steve provided mental health and educational support for students of the Roweton alternative school. From 2008 to 2014, Steve served on the board of directors of the YMCA of Ross County, serving as board president from 2012 to 2014. As a graduate of Unioto High School, he is proud to serve the community in which he was raised. Steve lives near Frankfort in Ross County with his wife Becky and three sons (Pacey, Reed and Kyler). When he's not at the Y, Steve enjoys travel, running and playing an array of sports. He also enjoys coaching youth basketball and baseball.

Joey Kuntz
Executive Director, Pike County
Joey graduated from Waverly High School/CTC in 2010 with National Honor Society honors. After High School, he attended Otterbein University to play football and studied Health Promotion and Fitness. The Y has always been my second home and my goal is to help make Pike County a great place for all. In my spare time I enjoy working out, playing sports, and spending time with my wife of 3 years Natasha and our 1 year old son AC.

Tracy Waddle
Membership Director
I have had incredible journey at the Pike County YMCA! I started back in 2007 as a childcare teacher and have since taken on various roles, ultimately becoming the Membership Director. My passion for the Y shines through, and I love my role there. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, farming, riding side by sides, and embracing the country life. Being a proud mother to Maraya and McKenzie, as well as a blessed grandmother to Avery and Hunter, brings so much joy to my life.

Cody Wright
Property Manager
Cody was raised in Minford OH. He graduated in 2006 from valley high school in Lucasville, as well as the vocational school with a degree in criminal justice. He worked as a commercial carpenter/foreman out of the carpenters local 437 in Portsmouth Ohio for 10 years after completing his apprenticeship program. He also has experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and residential construction. He has attained his certification from Collins Career Center for Maintenance and grounds technician as well as training in OSHA regulations and is a certified lifeguard for the YMCA. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and golfing.

Linsy Carson
Child Care Director
Linsy has been born and raised in Pike County. She is dedicated to serving our community and has done so for over the last decade. Linsy attended OUC for Early Childhood Education and has recently stepped into the role of the YMCA's Childcare Director. Linsy has one daughter, Emery Ann, and she is the apple to her mom's eye. Linsy loves reading, art, the outdoors, swimming and most importantly teaching and directing our youth.

Eli Fitch
Program Director
Graduated high school in 2015, joined the navy right out of highschool for four years where I worked on arresting gear equipment for aircraft and also served in crash and salvage on the flight deck. Right after I got out I worked as a security escort at the A-plant. Spent some extra time after working at lowes and then dicks sporting goods working on golf clubs. I'm currenty working on my last year of my bachelors degree in business management.
